The creation of the Drug Assistant products were the vision of its founder, Mike Fisher. Coming to the realization that the process for drug recovery was far too arduous to effectively serve the indigent population, Mike used his talents as a program developer creating the very first Drug Assistant system.
With its beginnings nearly a decade ago, the program existed as system based software with a substantial amount of impact on improving the speed at which indigent drug requests could be processed. With a commitment to strive for perfection however, Mike set out to make this system even more user friendly and unlike any other on the market.
This determination lead Mike to build a relationship with Richard Westlake and the web enabled version was created. After three years of continual improvements, Drug Assistant, has grown to serve over 60 clients nationwide. A product with strong roots, in the healthcare industry, the desire to constantly improve based on client & user feedback has driven Drug Assistant to be the foremost product offering today.
