"The Shannon Medical Center Pharmacy Assistance Program reopened in 2000, and has continued to grow rapidly. After 1 week with Drug Assistant we could see the difference. DrugAssistant has excellent customer service. Updates are timely and on our timetable. They are excellent about adding or tweaking parts of the program to fit into our workflow. I would definitely not recommend trying to operate an Assistance Program without DrugAssistant."
