"The previous system we used could not handle the number of users and orders that we had. Because of the overload, the system kept crashing, causing a lot of down time. It was also not cost effective. We switched to Drug Assistant for the simple fact that the program is simple to use. The amount of patient information that we are able to access is great. It saves time because we are not constantly running for patient charts. We like that it is a web based program and the available drugs are updated regularly. Also, we like the feature that shows us who entered an order."
